Tis the season to buy ski wear ready for the opening of the ski season !

First of all can I just say ski wear by Escada was lengendary in 2005. But not so much this year.

I prefer the Chanel ski set from 2007 !
I am so excited about the ski season starting. It is one of my favourite sports and ways to try to  keep fit. I love the fresh air, being high up in the mountains and having the cold wind blowing in my face.And best of all the apres skiing !The best place to apres ski I think is in the Mooservirt in St Anton as it has such a great vibe !

This season I would be hitting the slopes with vintage Escada . As It has so many amazing pieces in the 2005 Escada Sports Ski Deluxe range. The bright colours would match my Satchel from the Cambridge Satchel Company as it is that neon blue colour !

They also created the Tibet Design ski, in pink, turquoise and gold. They do look good but they aren't admittedly as good as my Chanel skis which go with everything as they are black with a white Chanel logo !

I must say they were incredibly hard to find and buy in the end I bought them off Ebay as Chanel only launched a selected few to the public plus they were alot cheaper on Ebay  ! I must say my Head race ski's aren't the best for style but for speed they beat all of the competition !


For extra warmth on the slopes, I wear my uber cool beanie I got from Obergurgl-Hochgurgl in Austria.Afterwards I love to walk around wearing my black moon boots with the luminous stripe, which are also perfect for apres ski parties ( dancing on the tables)

Have you ever wondered why triangles are indie ?

There are many answers to this philosophical question.
I must say that my favourite answer is 'they have three sides and even numbers are so mainstream'. This is an excellent answer from my great friend Monica!

However another answer is  because the original Indies were from the Bermuda Triangle. This is where the practise of growing your hair long and dying the ends comes from; they dyed the ends of their hair with red berry juice and they didn't believe in cutting their hair. Also, because it was very hot in the Bermuda Triangle they wore cut off clothing. The Bermuda Triangle Indies were heavily religious people, therefore they wore crosses as jewelry as much as possible.

Indie arm ! Its just pen don't worry!

Triangles have been getting alot criticism recently.

Reasons for the triangle

I think the shape is the most structurally sound of all the basic shapes .                      

They’re on our money and they’re also major structures in Egypt so they have been around for a while !

Doritos are triangular!

GANGNAM STYLE

Well can I just say .WOW.
"Gangnam Style" is a single by South Korean rapper Psy. The song was released on July 15, 2012, as the lead single of his sixth studio album PSY's Best 6th Part 1.

"Gangnam Style" debuted at number one on the Gaon Chart, the national record chart of South Korea. The music video has been viewed over 383 million times on YouTube, making it the site's most watched K-pop video.It is HILARIOUS !
The video has been shared on the Internet by numerous celebrities including T-Pain, Katy Perry, Britney Spears, and Tom Cruise, covered by music artists Nelly Furtado and Maroon 5.

 "Gangnam Style" flash mobs have appeared in cities around the world. Oh don't I want to be in the middle of one of these !!!

Psy has brought the "Gangnam Style" dance to various locations including The Today Show, Saturday Night Live, Dodger Stadium, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and Samsung commercials.
"Gangnam Style" has been highly praised for its catchy beat and Psy's humorous dance moves in the music video and live performances. On September 17, the song was nominated for Best Video at the upcoming 2012 MTV Europe Music Awards to be held in Frankfurt, Germany.On September 20, 2012, "Gangnam Style" was recognized by Guinness World Records as the most "liked" video in YouTube history".

It's a colourful, over-the-top, hilarious pastiche of commercial pop videos and sees Psy debut his now internationally famous "horse riding dance".

Back home in South Korea, 34-year-old Psy, is already an established artist. Six albums into his career, he's been singing for 12 years.

Psy likens Gangnam, which translated means "south of the river", to Los Angeles celebrity hot spot Beverly Hills - you get the idea.

The song is said to poke fun at Korea's "love/hate relationship" with the area.

Back in the summer it was an instant hit in Korea, topping the singles chart. Now it's gone international reaching number one in Finland, Latvia and Malaysia. His sights are now firmly set on America and the UK.

Indeed, the video's inspired parody versions from everyone from a group of LA lifeguards to the US navy.
